Counselling – I offer talking therapy in the form of pluralistic counselling, meaning I can work with you in the way that works best for you. We can cover cognitive behavioural therapies (CBT), including rational emotional behavioural therapy (REBT).
Person centred and psychodynamic therapy are also interventions that I offer.
Face to face is £50 per session.
Virtual or phone sessions are £45 each.
Walk and Talk Therapy – This is a mindfulness based talking therapy conducted whilst walking within nature. It can be a more comfortable way of exploring feelings and thoughts for those who dislike direct one to one contact.

EFT – Emotional Freedom Technique, sometimes referred to as ‘tapping’. A tool used to achieve lasting results from applying pressure to the Meridians of the body in a systematic way. Working along side Counselling and/or Hypnotherapy, EFT can lower the volume of your emotions so that you can hear your rational mind more clearly. EFT is a tool which you can also learn to use at home in difficult and/or stressful situations.
Face to face is £50 per session.

Hypnotherapy – This involves a type of hypnosis conducted by a trained professional in order to address certain emotional, behavioural and/or physical issues. These may include but are not restricted to: trauma, anxiety, stress, phobias and pain.

Specialist Hypnotherapy
Weight loss incorporating Gastric Band – I am fully trained in weight-loss and Gastric Band hypnotherapy and offer this therapy as a course of 6 sessions which include addressing:
Motivation and general weight loss issues. Food relationship and habitual eating, gastric band hypnotherapy, post ‘surgery’ check-up, gastric band adjustment (if required) and maintenance session.
